Ramon Tulfo, a.k.a. Kuya MON, ang Kuya ng Bayan is a well-known columnist and broadcast journalist, started his media-based public service program in 1991 with the hard-hitting radio program, ISUMBONG MO KAY TULFO, over Radyo Veritas. The program exposed and dispensed direct action to cases entities. The radio program later evolved into a TV program which even earned its Best Public Service Program Award from the prestigious local award-giving body. "ISUMBONG MO KAY TULFO" now airs every 10AM, Monday to Friday on DWIZ 882.

 

Together with his team The Tulfo Angels, Kuya Mon investigates every complaint and uplifts the spirit of every complainant. They also raised their public service through the Ramon Tulfo, Good Samaritan Foundation Inc. These media personnel deliver public service both hand in hand and via airwaves.
