Ramon Tulfo, Good Samaritan Foundation Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization that complements ISUMBONG MO KAY TULFO's  primary work of addressing social justice issues with humanitarian programs and activities.

 

The foundation hopes to provide immediate and medium to long term assistance through activities like disaster relief operations, medical missions, educational scholarship and support for  institutionalized shelters such as orphanages, elderly homes and mental institutions.
